If you don't care about the how, and are just looking for the goods, you can download the GlobalData file by clicking here. Copy the contents of this file into a file called "GlobalData" and place this file in the same folder that your NTK is in. If you already have a GlobalData, just add the contents of this file to what you already have.
NOTE: You can do with this code whatever you like, however, when you do make changes I would like to be notified. You can reach me at Peter.Kaas@lunatech.com.
NOTE: I have no idea as to whether all of this will work under the Windows NTK.

Key features include: hands-on Newton development training with a sample code created specifically for the Newton with NewtonScript; an introduction to the basics of the object-oriented paradigm, to facilitate use of NewtonScript; and the inclusion of a high-density floppy disk containing source codes for all the programming examples in the book. Note that the systems requirement for the software includes, Macintosh with 68020 processor or higher, 8Mb RAM, System 7.0 or later.
